What a Day

So, I had one of the longest and most stressful day of my life today.  My car stopped working Sunday, and I figured out that my fuel pump had stopped working so I wasn't getting any gas to my engine.  Well I called the repair place to see how much they would charge to fix it if I brought it in, and they told me it would be $450.  Well, I am a poor college student and don't have nearly enough money to waste on that so I decided to just buy the $100 dollar part and fix it myslef. 

Well, there is no way that I can tell everything that happened in the process of trying to fix it last night and today, but imagine every concievable thing that you can think of that could go wrong and then double it and that was my day today.  I got up at 8:00 a.m. this morning and started working on it and an excruciating 11 hours later I put the last peice back on my car.  The good news is that I didn't need to use the new pump, so I got my money back for that (so it cost me absolutely nothing, except the 11 hours I lost, to fix my car).  Also I now know a lot more about fuel pumps and could probably fix yours if it broke. And lastly my car works now. 

So, I am tired.  I have been laying on concrete and gravel all day, and my body hurts.  If you really want to know the whole story call or ask me some time and I'll tell you, but be sure that you have a lot of time cause its long.

Update Time

Ok... recent events that have been happening.

1. Still no job...Im looking though

2. Im done with my computer class for the semester!  I took the exam tuesday and got an A.  GO ME!

3. I scheduled my classes for next semester, so I'm glad that is out of the way.  I have full days Tuesday and Wednesday, one class on Thursday, and no class Monday or Friday!  So I hope that it works out ok for me that way, and I dont get overwhelmed by my couple of really busy days.

4. I have been playinng a lot of guitar lately to waste away the long, lonely hours between class and sleep.

5. I just finished reading my 15th book in about  a month and a half.

6. I definitely shouldn't have eaten that WHOLE pizza tonight.  It was a bit greasy, but oh so good!!  Oh well, it is nice to be a glutton every once in a while.

7. I should prolly go work out in the morning, but who knows if I will drag myself out of bed to do it or not.

8. Thats perty much it.  Not too much excitement going on in my life to report on.

9. So that is definitely it.

10. I dont know why I'm still numbering.

11. I guess I'll stop now.
